Public Notice - 2014 Commission Contracts and Forms
The Colorado Real Estate Commission will be holding a non-rulemaking hearing at their June meeting to discuss proposed changes to the 2014 contracts and forms. To review the red-line and clean DRAFTS of the forms, please visit the Division¿s website by clicking here. In keeping with the goal of the Commission, this is the next step in having all contracts and forms approved in August, and a finalized ¿Draft¿ posted and distributed to educators and publishers by October 1, 2013.
