This event is about creating awareness of the work Music Never Stops Foundation does in the community.
MNSF provides an opportunity for working musicians and students alike and raising revenue for our scholarship programs. MNSF, is a local Non Profit providing scholarships to young music students for tuition-based music education programs and private lessons. They are reaching out to fund 100 scholarships this year and the concert is pivotal in the awareness of its mission. Current scholarship recipients and music students from Rio Americano, in an after school workshop directed by MNSF’s president Monty Schmidt will be featured as the show’s opener. The event also kicks off an outreach program in which workshop’s members will perform in public schools, further raising awareness of available scholarship funding to reach this year’s 100-scholarship award goal.
