When my real estate market gets slow I prospect FSBO's. 

Instead of calling them, I print off a copy of my listing presentation and include an extra report with the "10 keys to sell faster and for top dollar."

I just started doing this and got 2 listings from the first 10 people I gave my information package to!

An important tip: I mention in my presentation document that I take all the financial risk of promoting their home - neither of us get paid until I sell the home.

The 2 people that listed with me said that's what sold them.  They usually think agents just want a commission without any risk.  But explaining all the marketing I do for them (listed out in my listing presentation) not only demonstrates my advantage but also helps them feel we're in this together.
